Chiropractor Singapore cost at Livewell starts at $68 for your first visit. That covers a doctor’s consultation, a postural assessment, and one chiropractic treatment in the same appointment. Single sessions after that are $100 ala-carte. Treatment plans run $65 to $85 per session, depending on the length of the plan.

What Your $68 First Visit Includes
The first trial is a complete initial appointment. Your chiropractor takes a health history, runs a postural assessment using postural measurements from head to ankle, and delivers one chiropractic treatment. The appointment runs approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
There are no mandatory X-rays and no additional fees beyond the $68 at that visit. After the assessment, your chiropractor explains a care plan recommendation based on their findings. There is no separate sales consultation. You review the recommendation and decide whether to proceed. The first trial applies to new patients who have not visited Livewell before.
The 2-pax option at $105 lets two people take their first trials together in the same session with one booking, two complete first visits.
Single Sessions vs Treatment Plans
Single sessions work if you want to start without committing to a plan. At $100 per chiropractic adjustment, they are useful for first-time visitors who have already completed the trial, or for patients with low-frequency needs.
For people who need regular care over a sustained period, a treatment plan reduces the per-session rate to $65 to $85. The plan runs 24 to 52 sessions. Two features of Livewell’s plans stand out against the market: there is no expiry date, and family plans are shareable among family members. If two people in the same household need care, they can share a single plan rather than purchasing two separately.
Combined Treatment Plans
Some conditions benefit from chiropractic alongside a second modality. Livewell offers two combination plan types.
Chiropractic Adjustment + Spinal Decompression Therapy $127 to $145 per session, across 24 to 52 sessions, no expiry. Spinal decompression uses motorised traction to reduce disc pressure. It is commonly used alongside adjustments for slipped disc, spinal stenosis, and chronic lumbar compression.
Chiropractic Adjustment + Shockwave Therapy $130 to $250 per session, across 6 to 20 sessions, no expiry. The per-session range reflects plan length. Shorter shockwave programmes sit at the higher end of the range. Shockwave therapy targets conditions like plantar fasciitis, calcific shoulder tendinopathy, and chronic soft tissue injuries where mechanical stimulation accelerates tissue repair.
If you are unsure which plan fits your condition, your chiropractor recommends a plan after the first assessment.
Insurance Coverage for Chiropractic in Singapore
Medisave
Chiropractic is not a Medisave-accredited service in Singapore. You cannot use Medisave or MediShield Life to pay for chiropractic sessions at Livewell or any private chiropractic clinic. This is a government classification that applies across the board. For a full explanation of how Medisave rules affect your chiropractic costs, see our guide to insurance and Medisave for chiropractic care in Singapore.
Private Insurance
Livewell patients have claimed successfully with AIA, Great Eastern, Prudential, NTUC Income, Cigna, and HSBC Life. Most successful claims come under personal accident coverage or complementary/allied health benefit riders.
Coverage depends on your specific plan, not just your insurer. Before your first visit, check two things: whether chiropractic is listed under covered treatments, and whether your plan requires a GP referral before you can claim. Some plans require a referral. Most do not.
For more detail on how to claim and what to prepare, read our guide to insurance and Medisave for chiropractic in Singapore.
Payment Options
Cash, PayNow, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX are accepted at all Livewell locations: Sengkang, Toa Payoh, Potong Pasir, and Bedok.
For treatment plans, two instalment options are available:
OCBC and DBS cardholders can split payments over 6 or 12 months at 0% interest. Atome offers a 3-month split at 0% interest. Atome plans of 6, 9, or 12 months carry a processing fee.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is chiropractic covered by Medisave in Singapore?
No. Chiropractic is not a Medisave-accredited service. Medisave applies to hospital admissions, approved day surgeries, and selected outpatient medical procedures. Chiropractic sessions do not qualify under any of these categories, regardless of which clinic you visit.
Does insurance cover chiropractic care in Singapore?
Private insurance can cover chiropractic in Singapore, depending on your specific plan. Livewell patients have claimed successfully with AIA, Great Eastern, Prudential, NTUC Income, Cigna, and HSBC Life, mostly under personal accident coverage or complementary/allied health riders. Coverage depends on your policy, not just your insurer. Before your first visit, check whether chiropractic is listed as a covered treatment and whether your plan requires a GP referral first.
Note: Medisave is a separate matter. Chiropractic is not accredited under any Medisave category and cannot be claimed through it, regardless of which clinic you visit. For a full breakdown of both, read our guide to insurance and Medisave for chiropractic in Singapore.
